Public Records Request
|All public records requests must be made
to our Records Clerk by calling 850-482-9624 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our administrative offices normal business hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm (excluding holidays)
All public record requests will be honored in a
timely manner in the order the public records request was received.
Personnel working on weekends and holidays do not have access to records.
